kONNYAKU – Sweet corn

18g konnyaku powder

750ml water

200ml coconut milk

150g sugar

1 tin cream corn


  1. Mix konnyaku powder with sugar.
  2. Pour into water. Stir to fix well.
  3. Boil with medium fire.  Stirring at all times.
  4. When started to boil, pour in the coconut milk.
  5. When almost boiling, add in the cream corn.
  6. Off when the liquid started to boil.
  7. Pour into plastic containers or moulds.
  8. When cooled, refrigerate.
