Pork ribs & winter melon

1/2 kg Pork ribs
400-500g Winter melon
50g Brown beans
Small piece of orange peel.
Salt to taste

Soak brown beans – 1hr

Cook soup with slow fire (or use slow cooker)  for 2-3 hrs

Good for:
Lower blood pressure
Lower cholestrol
Water retention
Blood circulation
Regulate urine
