Prawn catching is another hobby of mine.
But friends said they are not good to eat. They claimed these type of prawns are tasteless.
One day we went to a restaurant for dinner and daughter was asking the waitress whether they serve ‘Fried Salted Egg Prawns’. Immediately it came to my mind that I should try using salted eggs in frying the freshwater prawns.
So one evening I prepared this dish and turns out to be very tasty.

I was aware that best not to eat the head portion and lately heard news that it carries germs or antibodies!
Lol! Now no more chances to go prawning!
