Flapjacks or Health Bars

Practically love making flapjacks!

If it is time to clear all sorts of nuts and dried fruit, think of making flapjacks.

It is easy and simple.  The only thing you need to remember is pressing the dough tightly into the pan. If it is not done properly, then the flapjacks will not come together into bars after cutting.  The result will be just having loose muesli.

Moreover, if I made a large amount, I left some in an airtight box on the table for about a week or even two (if baked with slow heat and properly dried can be kept longer).
The remaining bars, I stored them in the freezer.
I left mine in the airtight box for already about 2 months and yet the bars are still good.

Try your own!
There are many recipes online.  Just pulled out one that looks easy and try it out.
