Very moist Banana Bread with Blueberry

I browsed through and was interested in a Banana Cake recipe. It called for 2,1/3 cups of mashed banans and my end product’s result is TOO sweet.

Will change the recipe to:
60g butter
2 beaten eggs
200g plain flour
40g wholemeal flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups mashed bananas
1 tsp vanilla essence

: beat eggs with sugar (2 dsp if using not too sweet bananas)
: cream butter
: mix all together
: fill cupcakes molds or loaf pan (rectangular shape) and rest 10mins.


: bake @ 170°C for 30mins or till you tested with a toothpick and comes out dry.
