Weetbix Cookies

4-5 pcs weetbix (mashed)
4 tbsps    brown sugar
1 egg       lightly whisked
1 tsp        vanilla
3 tbsps    cocoa powder
1 cup       plain flour
1 tsp        baking powder
1/2 tsp     baking soda
130g        melted butter

Additional
Berries….fruits…..nuts of yr own choice

♡♡note: if dough too dry to come together, add a little milk (abt 1 to 2 tbsp).

Chocolate to decorate is optional.
